Welcome to Shaoguan Tea (“Veritea Trading”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, product purchases, and any related services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Sample Orders (Small Value)
We offer sample packages for most products. Sample orders are limited to a total value under 5000 RMB per transaction. All sample orders are shipped via EMS with a flat shipping rate of 25 USD.
3. Bulk Orders (B2B)
For bulk wholesale orders, we issue a proforma invoice. Shipping costs are quoted separately based on volume and destination. Payment terms are negotiated individually.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in USD (US Dollars) and exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees. We accept PayPal for sample orders and bank transfer (via WorldFirst / Antom) for bulk orders.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any customs clearance or import duties.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns. If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and batch number for evaluation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shaoguan Tea and protected by international copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shaoguan Tea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
