Sample Orders & Products

Can I try a sample before buying a full pack?

Yes, we offer sample packages for most products. Sample orders are shipped via EMS.

How do I know the tea is authentic and traceable?

Every batch is assigned a unique batch number. You can view the GPS coordinates of the source, download third‑party lab reports, and see the batch certifications on the product page.

What tea varieties do you offer?

We offer green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, dark tea, and yellow tea from different regions of Shaoguan, including Lechang, Renhua, Qujiang, Wengyuan, Xinfeng, and Ruyuan.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and bank transfer (via WorldFirst / Antom). For sample orders, PayPal is recommended. For larger orders, we can issue a proforma invoice for bank transfer.

Do you charge any taxes?

No. Our products are exported from China with zero VAT. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes in your country.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

For sample orders, we charge a flat rate of $25 USD per order via EMS. For larger orders, shipping costs are quoted separately based on volume and destination.

How long does delivery take?

EMS usually takes 7–14 business days to most countries. Larger orders by sea freight may take 20–40 days.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Traceability & Verification

How do I access a lab report for a specific batch?

On the product page, click the “Batch Information” tab or the lab report link. You can view or download the PDF report.

Can I verify the GPS coordinates?

Yes. The GPS coordinates are shown on the product and supplier pages. You can copy them into any map service to confirm the origin.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns. If there is a quality issue or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and batch number. We will evaluate compensation.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account allows you to view order history and track shipments easily.

How do you protect my personal data?

We comply with applicable privacy laws. Your data is used only for order processing and communication. See our Privacy Policy for details.
