Li Yuming (李玉明) is a [Shaoguan](https://shaoguantea.com/glossary/shaoguan/) master tea craftsman and the chief tea maker at Snow Flower Rock (雪花岩). A recognized artisan of Shaoguan’s tea heritage, Li Yuming leads Xuehuayan’s production team and is responsible for the handcrafted processing of their premium wild ancient tree black teas.
Working under the guidance of national black tea expert Chen Dong, Li Yuming’s team developed the proprietary processing technique for almond aroma black tea — a multi-stage craft involving 22 distinct steps with three critical stages of heat control during fixing, baking, and fragrance development. His work bridges the traditional skills of [Luokeng](https://shaoguantea.com/glossary/luokeng/)’s Yao tea pickers with modern quality standards.
